About Jubilee and the HR Staff

Jubilee’s HR department consists of:

HR Director Krista Francis, PHR. Krista has fifteen years experience in HR, ten at Jubilee. Previously she worked in social work in the ‘program’ side of our business. Krista is responsible for the strategic direction of the department and handles most of the recruitment, interviewing and employee relations. 

HR Coordinator Stacey Webb has been with us since 2009. By day, she handles benefits, training, intern programs and onboarding while also offering ten hours of assistance to other departments. By night, she studies for her MBA!

HR Assistant Fern Carbonell.  Fern works a few hours each week  on special projects and publications, such as Inside Talk and our employee newsletter.

Jubilee Association of Maryland exists to provide support for adults with developmental disabilities to live in and enrich their community while fulfilling their personal, family and spiritual needs.  We were started by and continue to be affiliated with Hyattsville Mennonite Church.
